Let’s face it, if all it took to conceive a child was just wanting one more than everything else, we’d all be pretty happy campers.  But alas, that is not the case.  And yes, it is not fair that some people get knocked up at the mere sight of a banana while many of us try and try and spend thousands of dollars and it still doesn’t happen.  Many of us look to doctors to give us our “miracle” and gladly follow their prescriptions and take their meds and hope for the best.

Don’t get me wrong, I love fertility doctors and all that they do.  I do have a slightly different, more holistic philosophy when it comes to getting pregnant however.  I think there is A LOT we can do to help ourselves on this journey.  Some if it can actually help the conception process happen, some of it can help us cope during the journey, and some can lead us in our intended direction, even if it may not be carrying a child.

I have a lot of information to share, but today I am going to focus on facing the truth about our lifestyles and mindsets.  There are ways that you may be able to improve your ability to conceive.  You may already be aware of some of the things that may be standing in your way of becoming pregnant.  There are likely some things that you did not realize could be blocking your path to motherhood.
